Make Money by Utilizing a Special Time-Limited Offer – Extra Money Making Ideas

If you have a list of customers, or potential customers, you can make some extra money by offering them a special time-limited offer.

Last year, an Internet marketer offered a special package at a reduced price. But there was a time limit on the offer, and the price would increase every second day.

I really wanted this package, but I also wanted to purchase it by earning some extra income, rather than withdrawing money from my existing budget.

So I offered my list of subscribers an enticing package of my own products at a reduced price – but only for a very limited period of time.

What I needed to do was make $300 profit in two days. I actually made double that amount.

I know, this was not going to make me a millionaire, but it was purely extra money that I wouldn’t have had otherwise.

You can do the same.

Take one of your best products, and make a special time-limited offer.

Or you can make a package if you already have several products on hand.

In order to be believable, you have to make sure to take down the offer once the deadline has been met.

Once you have decided what you want to offer, don’t hesitate; don’t procrastinate with excuses such as making a perfect sales page, testing and re-testing and so on.

Go ahead now, and send out an e-mail to your list with the offer.

Tell them why you have decided to make the offer ‘time-limited’.

In my case, I had a good reason. I needed to obtain the money immediately, before the price went up.

Because the thing is… when you’re selling virtual goods like e-books or programs, you cannot talk about a ‘limited amount’ of stock. People would never believe that you only have 100 pdf files on your computer and that, once they are gone, you cannot sell anymore.

You can discount the price in several ways.

Either you can build a new sales page (only for this special offer) or you can create discount codes if your system allows it.

If you do use discount codes, you should put a deadline on them when you create them. In this way, you will not forget to take down the offer once it’s over, and people cannot cheat their way in by gaining a discount that no longer exists.

Remember to send out a reminder when there are only a few hours left of your special offer.
