Teaching People How To Make Money From Home Online

Driving Traffic to your blog

Hi and Thanks for checking out my blog again. Where there is always something new to learn.

This is the first post of how I am learning to drive traffic to my blog. One of the things you can do to help drive traffic to your blog is to set up a twitter account. www.twitter.com  twitter is like a micro blog platform where you can get people to follow what you are up to. You also should set up a tweetlater account at www.tweetlater.com  which helps send your tweets a message for thanking them for following you on twitter. You can also include a message that says something like this. If you want to see what I am up to on my blog  here (your website name) . I am also learning how to ping more on that later.

  2. Hey JJ!

I have to say that I love Twitter! It is totally addictive. I have even signed up for it on my cell phone so I can send twitters from work. Lol… how crazy is that! I do shut it down when I get down to really working though, both on my day job and my internet marketing job. If I didn’t I would never get anything done! :-)

I also like ping-o-matic. It is great. Did you know you can also ping your Twitter stuff. Yeppers, and it is very easy to do. I have instructions on how to do it on my blog at http://www.bethmcduffie.com in the Happy New Years article. It is right under the video.

    See you in the webinars!

  7. Hi John,

Here`s my answer about your question:
Yes I visit each sight manually I think that`s the best way to do it, I have no problems.
I found a great website I didn`t use it yet but I`m sure will http://www.go2web20.net/

  8. Hi John, I am on my journey visiting all of Alex’s students blogs, a slow job but worthwhile. I am certainly gleaning lots of information on my way through. I like your informative site, lots I could comment on, but I will pick one – twitter. I have signed up but am guilty of not doing much if anything about it. I read everywhere about how essential it is, but somehow there always seem to be so many other tasks needing my attention. I know that I shall have to tackle this problem and get twittering, I don’t want to miss out on possible traffic and connections.
Could I ask, if you have a few minutes to spare, that you visit my site and perhaps leave a comment, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in anticipation.
    Paull
