What’s The Real Story Behind The Anthony Morrison Scam?
In this article I’ll attempt to shed some light on the Anthony Morrison scam and you can decide for yourself whether his products are worth the investment.
For those of you who may not know who Anthony Morrison is, he’s the self-proclaimed internet guru on late night infomercials telling everyone how he has cracked the code to generating income online and becoming very wealthy by doing so.
He goes on to explain how he can show you exactly what he did and promises to reveal his secrets if you only order his “Advertising Profits From Home” for the very low discounted price of $29.95, but only if you order now.
You even get your very own website already set up so you can duplicate his success he says.
Yeah, yeah, yeah…whatever.
So you may be wondering right about now if I placed my order in time?…You bet I did!
The Anthony Morrison scam is well played out and I’ll admit I was taken in so I ordered his program for the price advertised before time was up.
What Did The Anthony Morrison Scam Send To Me?
I received my package a couple days later by Fedex only to find two books and a DVD of Anthony welcoming me to the team.
The first book was about mindset and the other was a bunch of technical terms only a professional marketer would be able to make any sense of.
About the website that was promised?
I signed up for it but every time I tried to access it afterwards I was redirected to a domain that didn’t exist with a header at the top of the page which read “This domain may be for sale”.
There was nothing that was going to teach me anything about online marketing or how to put any of this useless information to good use as the Anthony Morrison scam had promised.

Not only was I highly disappointed with what I had received, as it turned out, my credit card was billed for the full price and not the discounted $29.95 as promised by Anthony Morrison to those who placed their order within the certain amount of time.
Then came the phone calls from some sales guy with Anthony Morrison’s company asking me if I had received my package yet.
I told him I had but told him that I had been charged full price. He told me he’d look into it.
Then he proceeded to ask me if I’d be interested in one of their special one on one coaching packages for somewhere in the neighborhood of $3000 and on up depending on the up-sell package I chose.
This was supposedly going to connect all the dots and propel me to internet wealth in a very short period of time.
This guy was very persistent and didn’t know how to take “NO” for an answer.
He called me for at least three consecutive days in a row when I finally lost my cool and I haven’t heard from him since.
That has been over a year ago… October 2010 to be exact.
I never was credited the discounted price for the useless materials I had received from the Anthony Morrison scam so I took matters into my own hands by notifying my bank and taking action to get my money back…which I was successful in doing.
Not all was lost since I was, after all, able to recover my funds and saved myself from being duped for several thousand dollars by just using a little bit of common sense.
I do have one thing to thank Anthony Morrison for.
“What could that possibly be”…you may be wondering.
A spark of interest into the entrepreneurial world and online marketing was awakened inside me.
I got online to check for Anthony Morrison reviews (something I should have done before breaking out the credit card) and stumbled upon a community of real people producing real results.
There wasn’t no hype or anything guaranteed, unlike the Anthony Morrison scam.
It was simply a real online business that anyone, if they were to put in the work, could do and possibly make enough income to quit their regular jobs.
This wasn’t going to be easy and yes there was going to be an investment involved but the possibilities were very real.
So I did my due diligence and did some research on the company and was satisfied with what I learned.
They were very transparent in all aspects of their business and had been around online for a few years with the social proof to back up their claims.
The Anthony Morrison scam only had his family and friends giving testimonies of their so-called success.
Not only that, they were giving their false testimonies on TV where there is no accountability since the time slot is paid for.
The internet is cracking down on scam make money online opportunities so the Anthony Morrison scam uses television mediums to advertise their product.
The online business I was now looking into was accredited by the Online Business Bureau with a B+ satisfactory rating.
As for the Anthony Morrison scam, that decision is entirely yours but my advice would be to avoid it and save yourself the headache I endured.
